Ideally wanted to get out for a run on the Saturday but had to do farm work so went for a run before breakfast on Sunday instead. Had a few drinks the night befroe but was feeling ok. Just wanted to plod around a few miles not worrying about speed. It was all about making sure I still got a good weeks training in even though we had to postpone the long run to Tuesday. Lovely morning overall for a run and no injury probs
