First time to swim the full 1.5km this year without stopping. Felt strong the whole and delighted that my breathing was perfect throughout and I didn't get tired. Frustrated that my swim time is so slow and it must be purely down to my technique :( Now that I've managed the 60 lengths I really need to refine my technique to try knock a few minutes of my swim time in the next few weeks. I will focus more on swimming than anything else in the next 3 weeks to try to improve.
Overall a really good swim and surprised to get the 60 lengths in so comfortable
