Early morning session after a swim last night so not 100% fresh. Still got through the session ok and no real problems. Went through the reps pretty quickly mainly to get warmed up as it was freezing out... Went back to 7.5kg's on the bicep curls but will go back up to 10kg again soon

5 mins bike and 5 mins cross trainer
