Notes

2nd swim in the last few days and a slight improvement on the 1st go. 30 lengths in total. Started off with 10 lengths in a row, then 6, 4, 5 and 5. Good to move away from only 2 lengths at a time. Still focusing on technique but it's still very ragged and my swim speed is very poor. Gotta keep logging the miles to imporve
