Notes

Full workout in the gym. One or two sessions were tough but overall ok. 30 secs between every set to keep pushing through the session. Increased to 2 sets of lunges and squats which was quite tough but need to keep pushing. Started with 5 mins on the bike and finished with 5 mins running.
