Notes

Went to do the fitness assessment in the gym. Some of their equipment was not working so didn't do everything. Straight away started off with the V02 treadmill test which was unexpected. After a few mins warming up the test was as follows:

Speed: 8min/km (Constant through test)

3 mins @ 0 gradient

2 mins at 2.5 gradient

2 mins at 5 gradient

2 mins at 7.5 gradient

2 mins at 10 gradient

2 mins at 12.5 gradient

15 gradient until you have to stop

Got as far as 16:22 which was tough enough as it was at max gradient but I was still strong but when I reached for the towel I knocked the emergency stop by accident and couldn't keep going. Will give it a bash again to see if I could go further. It's probably a good hill workout as you really work the legs.

After that did the sit up test (how many sit ups in 30 secs) and got 25

Then did the press up test (how many press ups you can do - no time limit) - got 10

Weighed me at 12 12.4 I think :(

Finished with 5 mins on the cross trainer
