6 mile tempo on a really nice day for running - warm and no wind. Made sure to keep the pace solid but not too fast on the first 2 laps. I didn't want to run out of energy on the third lap. Felt strong for pretty much the whole run - towards the end I was a bit wrecked but I could have pushed harder if I wanted to. Speed ok but not spectacular but overall a strong and long tempo. Achilles fine but tender to the touch when I got home...
