Not a bad long run. Took a while to get into it and stopped for a few secs to shake up the legs and get the blood flowing but other than that pretty comfortable the whole way. Very slight niggle in left knee and was prepared to cut run short to 45 mins but it eased so kept going. 65 mins long enough for the moment - will add 10 more mins in a few weeks. Good to keep the mileage ticking over
