Notes

2nd swim of the week. Public swim so much busier and hard to get clear water to swim. Did 6 lengths in a row to start then 4 in a row. After that did 2 lengths at a time. Could have maybe done more but very fast guys in the pool that I wanted to avoid. Not bad for a 2nd swim but technique still awful !
