30 lengths in the pool before work. Not great but can't expect any more as not swimming regularly enough. Did 2 lengths then would take 10 - 15 seconds break. That break got a bit longer the more I swam. seem to be rolling my body a bit better from side to side which is good. Overall a half decent swim.
Have decided to push the last 4 lengths of every session to see what my 100m time is and see if I can improve it over the next few months
