Legs a bit tired after the cycle yesterday and a bit of a struggle to get going in the first 20 mins. Some tightness in my right calf that I had to stop and stretch out a few times. After half way I got going and started to really pick up speed. Felt strong over the last 20 mins and got to stretch the legs out. Delighted to get a good run in after 2 runs and a cycle in the last 3 days.
