Anaerobic session - taken by Jamie Edwards. Found this session relatively tough, seem to find it difficult to hold cadence > 100 for the 5 min intervals, always seems to be in the 90 bracket. Toward the end got cramp in my right calf, had to stop for a short while, stretch out leg. Also, still getting use to the saddle and not very comfortable. Some stretches afterwards. Stretching was easier than after running. A little light headed as well nearing the end, not continual just a couple of 3-5 second moments.
Equipment failure. Windtrainer remote resistance thingo attached to handle bar, some rubber pieces dropped to ground, attachment very loose but at least stayed in place.
Session plan:
3 x 20 sec flat out (top gear, most resistance) followed by 1:40 easy (2 min sessions), then
1 x 5 min 100 rpm
Repeat above twice (all up 3 sessions)
10-15 min cool down.
