Planned session: Morning. Swim squad - technique. VU Pool, Footscray. $12.
Had to wait for security to open up pool. In water about 5.40 am.
Numerous sessions, can't recall correct sequences but something similar to;
100m swim, 150m kick, 100m swim, 150m pull, 4 x 25m left arm, 100m swim, 4 x 25m right arm, 100m swim, 4 x 25m catch, 100m swim, 4 x 25m sprint.
Actually swam more today in same time than I did last Friday, felt a little stronger and I'm sure endurance will come. Again, technique needs some work. Bring on the stroke correction classes, starting in mid May.
