Notes
An unusual session tonight, spin with only left and right legs followed by 2 - 3 mins of rpe 14 through to 18. No cramps tonight. Had Endura sports drink at the ready and drank all of it for the 1 hour session. My lap times are all out of whack for the first 5 or 6 and plus can't recall the sequence of drills. Finished with heaps of stretching and hot/cold therapy in shower afterwards.
