Notes

First hard workout since starting up again on Monday. Wasn't able to get down to tempo pace during that portion -- owing to the fact that most of it was uphill and I didn't want to push too hard.

Very happy with the results of this. Shoulder a little tired but the foot bothered me more than the shoulder.

Fairly optimistic! Will prove Ron WRONG about Boston! :-P
