Notes

7:16, 7:02, 6:40, 6:25, 6:21, 6:13. The workout was meant to be a 7 mile progression. I did 6, which I am actually pretty happy with after last week's workout. I felt pretty decent, but I just lost focus during mile 5 because I was a little mad with what was going on with the group. It's not really anyone's fault because Mark and Hearne are sort of in the in-between, but they are definitely closer to Group two than us and when they started picking it up, our progression got sort of fucked up (42 second drop between mile two and 4 led to only a 4 second drop in the next mile -- which is where we should have been, but a smoother drop would have been nice). I started fading during the sixth mile, but pulled myself back in with Steve, Sean and HazeMaze, and then pulled out after the sixth mile. I think I could have finished it, but after last week I did not want to push too hard and I know we'll be doing this two more times before our next race, so I am going to use this workout as a stepping stone to hopefully an even better workout next time.
