Didn't feel great on this one. Meant to do 8-10 hill bowls (about .25 mile loop with a building gradual hill into a hard uphill). Jordan left after my third and I felt gassed and wasn't able to carry out the workout in the manner I was trying to. I probably could have just swapped to just uphill sprints instead of doing the bowl, but I wasn't really thinking. I figure having to do those 200s later will be good enough.

Was dehydrated, lacking sleep and sustenance in my belly (purged out the heavy whipping cream last night so there was nothing in my belly).
