Mighty fine run with Jordan and Steve. Went out to A Loop, really took our time getting into this one. Probably started around 7:45s and just gradually progressed. I'd say by the time we were around 45-50 minutes we got down close to 7 minute pace and held that for a mile or two. Around 75, we started tightening the screws a little bit and dropped Steve off. Last 2.2 around 6 minute pace. Felt good. Form was strong, breathing in check. Just a good progression long run.
