8x400 at 1500 goal indoor pace (2x recovery) and 8x200 at goal 800 pace (4x recovery). Tough workout today. Long and a lot of speed. Felt pretty good throughout the 400s. Just sort of maintained the same level of fatigue but held good form. When the 200s rolled around, I had a little acid reflux, but it wasn't too bad. We maintained a good level of consistency, but the last four were definitely tough. I really tightened up on the last one and just tried to focus on turnover. Lapp dropped out after the 5th one due to back issues and Dakota did not show up, but Kevin Jorg stuck with me which was really good and allowed me to push some more.

I was pretty intimidated by all of this before the workout, but just taking this with a one-by-one mentality really allowed me to just focus on each individual rep and block out everything else. My feet were really hurting and the seam in my right spike is getting a little bigger, so I might have to look into getting new spikes for the outdoor season.
