Good one today. Felt really bad at the start. Anxiety is just sky high right now and am going it goes down after this weekend. But it messEd with the start of this run. Felt kind of light headed, felt weirdly sweaty. Just told myself to get through a half hour. Took more like 45 minutes til I felt like I got in a groove. Took a gel at 8 and that was probably the most effective gel I’ve taken in terms of getting me feeli my right. 8-13 was pretty nice and smooth and then I turned around and got blasted by the wind. Just tried to hold on to get two hours. Pretty happy with this. Calf feels good, that’s the biggest thing
