Wasn’t feeling great all yesterday, so tried to go to sleep a little earlier. Tossed and turned for a little bit but the sleep I had was good. Wanted a mix of paces but a step up from the Florence workout so settled on a hybrid ‘brothers’ workout of 4x3 at T with a minute recovery and 4x2 at 5k effort with 2’ recovery. Took it a bit more conservative than normal on the threshold - really, I think I just nailed the effort - and I was better for it later. Helped that it was very nice out this morning - no sun and a little cooler. Cooldown I added in some 100 on, 100 off just to shake out the legs a bit more. Good run!
