1:45.14, 1:44.30, 1:42.74, 1:41.35, 1:39.36. Great workout today. Went in feeling a little sore because of lifting yesterday. Evan and I were both feeling under the weather. Then we had to run with big tex. We started out pretty conservatively, and got faster each one. Evan and I switched off leads on each one. I felt really strong in my legs. I stayed pretty relaxed until the last lap of the last repeat, but even then I felt like we were not pushing that hard. It was a good workout. I'm ready to roll this weekend.
