Set up a 400m loop at the arb. I think it was a little long. It was raining so the grass was really wet and I did this in spikes with no actual spikes in them so I was slipping a little bit. Like I said I think this was about ~410m so a little bit longer than supposed to be. I think that if I was doing this around the track, the first one would have been on pace and the second and third would have been 64-65 effort. I finally had pop in my legs again though. It hasn't been there in a couple weeks. Hopefully, it's there Saturday.
