Good run today. Met up with Jeff at Lake of the Woods. 1st 70 minutes about 7:25/mile (fastest around 6:50-ish). Next ~5K was about 19 minutes (6:12/mile), then cooled down the last 10 minutes to get 1:40. Happy with this, but starting to itch to do a bit more.
