Today did not feel good. The workout was supposed to be 1-2-3-4-3-2-1, but I made it through the 400 and pulled out on the second 300. I'm not sure what it was that made me feel so crappy today. The weather, the cold? Long run yesterday? I'm not too worried about it though.
