Ran with Brendan before work at Bene. Beautiful morning ~40 degrees, sunny and clear outside. Couldn't really ask for anything more in January. The pace was good, I started to wear down around an hour or so trying to keep the same pace in the wind coming back west. Parted ways with Brendan at the Armory at 90 (13.2 at that point), went to the restroom, and slowed down the last 12 minutes. This was a really good effort, pace was consistent throughout and didn't ratchet things down. This was a good week. 70 without any doubles is something I'm pretty happy with. I'm tired now - might sleep at Bene. Thought about strides but its still pretty slippery everywhere.
