Terrible workout. Still feeling a bit sick. I thought it would be a bright idea to do a sprint workout in the morning outside when it was 20 degrees out. Very poor idea. I could not breath at all especially when I hit that backstretch. After that super slow third 300, I decided to go out and do a 200 and if I felt good, continue. Then I ran even slower. So I called it.
Legs do not have any pop right now. I need to be working out with people again. I want some warmer weather and I do not want to be ill at all. I feel like I am doing more damage than good right now.
