Goal was 2 hours and fell pretty far short. Legs felt good at the start but the anxiety was high and my noggin felt out of it. Around 7 I got a drink and felt lightheaded so had my gu. That went down pretty well and I got back into it for a few miles. Mixed it up with a couple marathon miles but just couldn’t get past the demons today. After mile 11, I stopped to tie my shoes and my back got really tight so that was the final nail in the coffin. That’s alright, the stress will go down soon
