Notes

Did 5x Mile this morning with a minute recovery on the tempo loop. The first three I did around Steady State, half-marathon pace and the last couple were around 10k pace. I meant to do 6, but my stomach interrupted me as I was finishing up the 5th interval. A bit of an easier workout, but after this last week and a half that is ok. I'm trying not to get hurt and I do not want to push the intensity too much after so much recently. I'm still getting a decent amount of volume out of this and continuing to front-load this week's mileage in preparation for the weekend. Overall I felt pretty good today though. I'm catching back up on sleep and getting used to going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier. Tomorrow's my last day at helping at UHS for two weeks.
