Notes

This was a great run! 4 mile tempo. Tried to keep it so that I was feeling controlled. Also worked on shifting gears faster and slower. Calf started bothering me at about 2.5, but could still manage my stride. The last half mile was tough, but focused on closing well and succeeded.
