Ran with Adam the first 20 minutes and did the rest solo. Felt better than yesterday. Pretty humid outside, but the sun was behind the clouds so not that hot. My foots bothering me again and my knee bothers me when I don't run. It sucks that I took all that time off and conservatively and it didn't really do anything for me. Something I'll just have to deal with I suppose.
Great meet from the girls last night. Very pleased.
