Notes

5x3min tempo w/ 1 min recovery and 7x3 min 5k pace. Ran with John Mccown. Changed it up did the old plank route and it was really nice. Good amount of hills to add in. Felt really tight during the tempo, but I felt pretty good on the 5k intervals. I've never felt so good after 13 miles which is good. It's a good sign.
