Did 6x3', first 3 reps were strictly threshold, next 3 were 2 @T, 1@>T, 1@T, 2@>T, and 3@>T. Rest was a little bit longer for the last couple, but everything was active recovery. Felt pretty good overall. Wanted to make sure I got a good effort in today because I'm not sure what tomorrow will look like after a late night tonight.
