8x3 min on, 1 min off. Back to standard buildup but a little bit longer. It was hot out, I had a recently rolled ankle and was really frustrated starting but I didn’t want to miss my second straight workout from my ankle so just figured I’d try it out. Felt ok during the workout. It just felt hot and my legs felt heavy but I was maintaining 5:55s which is decent. Walking at the end got me to feel the breeze that felt nonexistent beforehand
