Pretty good day. Big crew for the first 7. Split off with a couple people to start the workout. We were getting a bit excited that second mile of the first rep. After the first one I was by myself. 2nd rep was primarily uphill. Third rep was mostly downhill. Ran into this guy Tommy who said he'd finish the loop with me. Got a small drink of water around 16, but that was about it for today. Pretty happy with today. Efforts on the trail felt way easier than during the race. Felt like I could have done a couple more and been alright. Only meh thing today was that my stomach did not feel great. Too much goat cheese and pasta w/ parmesan last night.
