Notes

Pretty long warmup about 24 minutes. Workout was good. 5x4min (2 min tempo/ 2 min 5k pace) w/ 3 min recovery. First two were good. Third one I had some sneaking suspicious about my stomach. Fourth and Fifth the 5ks were tough because it was a two pronged effort to hold pace and poop. Short cooldown
