2 sets of (10 x Lunge - each leg 5 forward, 5 back), 10 x squat (v low weight, so higher reps), Calves, 10 x Pull-Ups, 10x Push-Ups, Aaron Silvers)
Core + mobility
Was pretty efficient. Reading everyone's logs, people keep coming back to core strength, so I really want to focus on being consistent w/ regards to core and lifting.
