Notes

Did 12x1 minute on with 1 minute recovery with Carter (active recovery). Actually felt like I was getting a good workout in. Carter was running the recoveries a little too quick, so the middle intervals suffered in pace, but on the last couple I took command so that we would finish strong. Good workout, kinda hot outside. Core and hurdles after.
