Notes
Cold, windy, rainy and snowy, so I avoided it all and ran indoors. Listened to the 2nd episode of Serial for the first 35 minutes. Did not feel too great. Definitely fatigued from yesterday. Once Serial ended I popped on some M83 and jammed the rest of the run. Took today slower but still got in the time. Looking forward to changing up the routine the next couple days. Tomorrow with Henry, Wednesday at Swallow, Thursday race.
