Notes

The weight room has been taken over by the football team which kills the vibe.

Didn't think it would be too smart to lift with my back the way it is, but tried it anyway.

Just stuck with Bench and Squat today in order of 5-5-5-5-5 @ 49%.

Stuck at 85 for bench and 115 for squat. Tried to get these going quick and felt it on the squats.

Also did a shoulder and tricep series.

Back hurts a lot now.
