Notes

7:02, 6:42, 6:31, 6:19, 6:09, 6:02. The workout was 7 mile cutdown tempo. I did 6, which I think is a step in the right direction. We cut down a bit aggressively the first couple miles. I was still very tight from the race on Friday. Not having a warm-up or cooldown really left my muscles tight, which I have really noticed when I walk to class. However, besides all that, I keep noticing myself going into these workouts with a pisspoor mental state and I think that is what the real cause of my poor performances have been. I think a couple weeks of some good training will change that though.
