Pretty good workout with Evan today, much better than my last workout with him. We worked pretty well together on everything, sharing the workload. The last 400 and then the 800 pace stuff I had some pretty gnarly acid reflux and it was hard to run quicker while trying to keep everything down. Anyways, this is the best I've run in quite some time. I'm ready for some good racing this weekend.
