Warmed up with everyone doing the time trial and then paced them through the two mile. Park hung with me and I took him through the mile in 5:30 and then he was hurting after that so we slowed down a little bit. I finished in 11:20 feeling very good. One of those days where you wish you could have another shot at Detweiller, but have to live vicariously through the squad instead.
