Not really sure what to make of today. Kind of awkward timing in putting a workout together, but the idea was going to be 3xMile Cutdown 6:15-5:45 w/ 90 second rest with 6-8x400. I'm not really sure what I was doing out there, haha. Both miles were quick, my stomach was acting up so I split the third mile into two 800s. In addition to my belly, my legs weren't feeling their best, maybe could have used an extra day of recovery after the workout Sunday. Opted out of the 400s and just sprang for a cutdown. Is what it is today. Kids had a good workout after so that was good.
