Really good workout today. First Tuesday workout of the spring. My group was Hearne, Rashaun, Dakota, and Lapp. We all worked together pretty well. Everything felt really good. I wanted to push the last one sort of as a tune up for Saturday. Got out pretty good, through the 200 in 31. Dakota came around and I just ran with him. I felt really good, really smooth and I am pretty excited.
