Long workout. Kibler wanted us to do it without watches, which I did not really understand. As shown, our paces were really slow at the beginning, but we got into our groove. The second set felt much better than the first set and I actually felt good on the sprints even though the rest of the group was trying to show who had the biggest boner by running as fast as they possibly could. I think I ran this smart and I'm happy with the effort
