I was fired up to run today since I have been held back for the last week and a half. Unfortunately, I noticed that my stomach started bothering me about an hour before the workout probably from lunch because dinner was just feeeesh. I felt really good for the most part. I led the first one and it felt easy. After the second one I had to stop to go to the bathroom. Third one felt fine and the fourth one was another bathroom fighter, but I hit the pace so I was happy. I was interested to see how the 200's would go. The rest of my group was running a little too quick, but I did my own thing in lane 2. The second 200 I could not run any faster because my back started to tighten up, so I called it quits after that. But, I feel much better after this workout (outside of all the stomach issues) and am hoping for a big race this weekend.
