Good workout overall. Ran with Manois. First mile probably felt the most appropriate for pacing. Second mile was tough because the wind was against us the entire time so by the end I was riding the strugglebus. Third mile we probably went too fast for the effort, but the wind was really pushing us along. I haven't ran splits like these in workouts in a year so it shows where my fitness is.
