Tough long Run today with the guys. Felt like we were moving pretty quick from the jump which I wasn’t mad about. I knew the stomach was off today but just tried to roll with it around 11 miles and we started picking it up and then Justice threw in a real surge that just broke it open. I turned off from the group and headed towards the armory to go to the bathroom, which was locked and then ran south to find more bathrooms that were locked, but finally found one with a little over a mile to go did my business and then just tried to close hard, and was happy that I ran sub six
