Did 12x400, 1x200. First 6 were with a minute of rest and then the second six were with 45 seconds of rest, 30 seconds before the 2. Also was looking to go 79s for the first 4, then 77s, then 75s.

But ideally, the goal was to feel smooth and controlled and I accomplished that. I feel optimistic about a good 5k performance.
